• You’ll be trained in building rapport as you work with the customer throughout their loan application over the phone.
• You’ll be working closely with our Team Leader to tailor a loan approval that meets the customer’s needs.
• Once approved, you’ll then explain the loan approval and conditions of the new loan to the customer before guiding them through the digital signing process.
• When you follow our proven process, you will create a fantastic loan experience for the customer that will have them want to deal with you again in the future.

Remuneration

On offer is a full-time position that attracts an industry award base salary. You will also be given the opportunity to participate in our bonus incentive scheme that sees our hungry sales performers earn well above industry incomes.
