The Business

Ume Loans was established in 2009, (www.umeloans.com.au) and at the heart of our business is helping customers obtain loans even if they don’t fit the traditional bank or finance company criteria. At Ume Loans we understand that bad things can happen to good people. We believe that if a customer can demonstrate that they can afford a loan, then we would like to try and provide them with the second chance they need, despite what may have happened in the past.

The Role

This role is based in our Maroochydore offices right here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
You’ll be a part of a highly collaborative team that make a real difference in people’s lives every day right across Australia.
You will support our experienced team of Lending Specialists at various points in our loan process, including loan document preparation and compliance.
You will be handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers with their general loan enquiries.
You’ll be a point of contact for our large current portfolio of clients to continue to build our relationship with the client and to ensure that we remain their first choice for loans now and into the future.

Remuneration
