2019 Quarter 4 Business Update

Thank you once again for taking the time to read the latest news about our business.

Well that’s a wrap on 2019. It was a year full of challenges for the finance industry with the uncertainty created by the Federal election, the general economic conditions in Australia and the Royal commission. During all of this we have been listening to our customers and broker partners and we continue to evolve our processes and procedures to be even more customer centric. I hope 2019 was a good year for you and I trust you are well into planning a great 2020.

Some highlights from the quarter are:

• We recorded a quick 1 minute “Behind the scenes at Ume Loans” video, check it out!
• 2 new brokers accredited to refer their customers to Ume Loans for alternative finance solutions
• We continue to fine tune our Finance Broker Portal with the end game in mind of making it faster and easier for our finance broker partners to help their clients. • Amanda, our Loss Recovery Officer celebrated her birthday with a big beautiful bunch of flowers.
