2021 was a great year for us and our customers at Ume Loans.

Some highlights from the year are:

$5.7M lent to our customers in 2021 ($778k more than we planned)
164% increase in the average loan amount
Overdue customers down 14%
Loan volume is on the rise again as the economy continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic
We received 28 5 Star Google reviews from our customers
Nathan Drew joined the business as a shareholder and director sharing his skills, knowledge and finance industry experience
Britt went on maternity leave and has had her little boy Bellamy
We welcomed to the team Lynley, Shaun, Ford, Taylor, Justin and Charlie
We made significant investments into IT, making us a true fintech business with significant growth potential in the coming years

Overall, a very solid performance from the team, one I am very proud of in a challenging environment.
2022 is looking like we will be able to help many more new clients achieve the finance they need, want and deserve. This will stand us in good stead for a very bright 2022 for Ume Loans.
